The idol of Sree
Baalagopaalakrishna(43.cm. height) in standing pose and made of krishna -
sila (jet-back granite) faces east. As per the sankalpam, the deity is
lord Navaneethamoorththy with butter in hands ( which reminds the prank
days of lord Krishna). The sila idol (45 cm.) of Sree Ganapathi is in
sitting pose while that of lord Saastha is represented by three
silas without form (20cm. height ) at the centre and (12 cm.) on either
side). The central sila is of Lord Saastha while it is believed that those
on iether side represent His consort prabha and His son Sathyaka. The sila
idol of Naaga (45 cm) is in sitting posture with raised-hood. sree
Chaamundi Devi is a sila idol (23 cm.) without any anthropomorphic
form.
